ADSL connection

If you dont have a router, and you connection is via adsl/modem and cable, you need to  download and install adsl-start.pup

Then, run adsl-setup  entering your name, password and DNS from the internet provider.

Then, run adsl-start

If yo dont find it or have some trouble,  tell me your e-mail adress and I send it to you and detailed instructions. Luck.

ADSL Connection

Puppy has no problem connecting to an ADSL connection through ethernet cable or wireless. However you will need a compatible modem/router. If you have a small USB ADSL modem from a broadband supplier it will probably not work as it requires windows drivers. If you have a third party wireless router e.g. netgear etc it should work no problem. Click on the connect icon to configure it.

By the way you should post problems or questions in the forum in future, as this is a blog.
